These programs have been developed for a post-COVID era, with relevant content delivered in a fully virtual environment.

Our practical and experiential Talent & Skills Development Program is designed to foster the professional growth of your employees to create positive impact on the company´s performance. Over the course of 6-12 months, participants will obtain vital knowledge and skills through a variety of workshops and inspirational webinars helping them to widen their skillset, mindset and thinking process. All the while your employees will formulate concrete concepts and implement them to solve a pressing company challenge.

Furthermore, we’ve partnered with QED and Sociomapping to ensure that participants will be guided throughout the journey by qualified instructors, professional coaches and facilitators.

How it works

 
 

1 - PLANNING STAGE

We’ll organize a free 3-hour consultation to understand your specific needs and objectives and then create a proposal which will detail the key points discussed. 

Timeframe: 2-4 weeks 

2 - PREPARATION STAGE

Once both parties have aligned on the proposal, we’ll assign a dedicated account manager for your program who will be your main contact point for communication and overall coordination including project assignment creation and timetable/delivery set-up. At this stage we will begin to prepare customized workshops and webinars to suit your individual goals. 

Timeframe: 6-8 weeks 

3 - EXECUTION STAGE

A kick-off meeting will take place to present the whole program and introduce all stakeholders. Webinars, workshops and group coaching sessions will ensue throughout the entirety of this stage along with project work (from ideation to implementation), sharing best-practise sessions and regular milestone checks. This stage will conclude with a closing session. 

Timeframe: 6-12 months 

4 - POST-PROGRAM STAGE

We’ll gather feedback from all involved stakeholders and plan an ROI review session. Based on these findings we will then arrange a session to discuss next steps and any further needs.
