This program - Hack the Future - is aimed at HR Managers & C-level executives from companies facing post-COVID challenges and is carefully designed to accelerate organisational change and foster adaptability. Our in-depth and accelerated approach, from consultation, ideation, prototyping and implementation will guarantee a successful adaption to the “new normal”.

The Hackathon Lifecycle
1. PREPARATION PHASE:
We'll work closely with you to develop a challenge statement that addresses a business or social issue that you've encountered.
Timeline – 1 month prior the launch of the hackathon
2. EXPERTIZE MATCHMAKING PHASE:
We will connect you with our global network of experts from various fields who will provide their feedback and share their experience as mentors to your teams during live webinars or in-person sessions.
Timeline – 3-4 weeks prior the launch of the hackathon
3. IDEATION PHASE:
Competing teams are formed and the hacking starts. Supportive webinars, facilitated discussions and workshops led by a team of professional coaches take place. Final ideas are then pitched during a live webinar or in-person.
Timeline- 5 day hackathon
4. IMPLEMENTATION PHASE:
We will assist with the implementation of the idea, further work with the teams, develop necessary additional trainings and follow you on along the way – THE HACKATHON IS JUST THE START OF THE JOURNEY
Timeline –min 3 max 12 months after the end of the hackathon
